Mason | Woodbury MN Children and Family Photographer

I loved working with Mason and his parents.  He is such a sweet little guy.  He was active and all over the place so we followed his lead.  He loved the dock and looking for birds and fish.  And how much do you love his little outfit??

This was such a fun session!  I didn’t know mom was pregnant when she booked me so I had a great time adding in a few maternity shots.  She’s such a beautiful mama.

What a gorgeous family!  Enjoy!

What a fun session!  I always expect kids to be shy at first, but big brother took about 90 seconds to warm.  He chatted the whole time and cracked me.  Baby sister wasn’t too keen to hang out with me, but all she it took was a few tickles from big brother to get her smiling.

How adorable is this family??

Enjoy!

Nolan and Anna | Woodbury MN Children and Family Photographer

Nolan and Anna’s photo shoot happened at their new home.  It was a beautiful property and I loved photographing over there.  Nolan was super sweet and chatty and told me all about his recent birthday party.  He cracked me up.  Little sister Anna was less fond of me, but she stuck with me and looks adorable.

I had a great time with this awesome family.

Enjoy!

Brandon | Woodbury MN Senior Photographer

I don’t generally photograph many seniors, and when I get the chance I always wonder why I don’t do more.  I had a wonderful time with Brandon and his mom.

I enjoyed chatting with him about his future college plans.  He certainly has a bright future!

Enjoy!

Nicolette | Woodbury MN Newborn Photographer

Nicolette was the first baby girl I photographed (aside from my own) in over a year!  I was excited to pull out my headbands and tiebacks.  She was such a sweet little baby and had the best red hair.  I absolutely adore her name!

Enjoy this beautiful little girl!

Baby H | Woodbury MN Children and Family Photographer

I was so happy to photograph baby H again.  I truly appreciate repeat business and I am thrilled to watch your beautiful babies grow.  Her mom asked me to do this photo shoot in their home and I was excited to do something new. Most 3 year olds aren’t too happy to sit down and pose, so I was happy to have a chance to capture her in her own element.  I had a wonderful time with this sweet family in their beautiful home.

Enjoy!

Brooklynn | Woodbury MN Children and Family Photographer

Brooklynn is one of the happiest little girls I’ve ever photographed.  She never stopped smiling despite us dragging her all around the park and doing wardrobe changes.  Her reward was her cake smash — she loved it!

Happy first birthday, Brooklynn!

I had so much fun at this session.  Enjoy!

Isaac | Woodbury MN Newborn Photographer

Can you believe all of that hair??  Isaac tops the list for most hair.  He’s so young but his mom joked how he will need his first haircut soon. This session was a group effort — mom and dad kept their hands on him while I posed him.  It really helped him stay calm and happy with having his mom and dad nearby.

He is such a snuggly little man with super sweet parents.  I had a wonderful time with them!

I hope you enjoy his session!

Mason | Woodbury MN Newborn Photographer

Sweet Mason had an awesome head of hair.  He had the most perfect little swoosh in the front.  He came with his parents and beautiful big sister Norah.  Despite being pretty young, she was awesome for her photos.  It isn’t easy and definitely takes some teamwork, but she did such a great job.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, but newborn sessions are long and I love getting to know the families.  I had a great time chatting with Mason’s mom.

At a certain point in newborn sessions, the babies will tell me that they are done.  They’re tired of being changed, handled, posed, etc.  Not only did Mason tell me he was done, but he made it clear the only place he would be happy was in his mom’s arms.  He was quite upset but within 30 seconds of being held by his mom, he passed out.

I hope you enjoy the photos!

Leo | Woodbury MN Newborn Photographer

My heart melted when Leo and has family walked in.  Big brother Kellen had the best curly red hair, big sister Hazel was such a sweet, beautiful little girl, and precious Leo was the adorable baby brother.  It is not easy for young children to sit still and pose for photos but Kellen and Hazel rocked it.  The sibling photos in front of the white wall are my favorite.

After big brother and sister left, (newborn sessions are SO boring for kids so it’s better for everyone if they are able to leave after sibling and family photos are finished,) I had such a nice time chatting with Leo’s mom.  I always love getting to know the families.

Leo is so sweet and super snuggly.  I had a wonderful time with him.  Isn’t he absolutely gorgeous?

Enjoy!
